Terre Haute, Ind. – Brazil Main Street, a non-profit located in Brazil, Indiana, that strives to make Brazil a better place to live, is pleased to receive a $1,000 donation from The Hometown Savings Bank (THSB).

The Hometown Savings Bank has been celebrating their 150th anniversary for the entire 2019 year, and to finish off the year is giving back to the community by donating to five nonprofits around the Wabash Valley.

Bart Colwell, President of THSB, explained “Because THSB is a community bank that is focused on Believing in the Valley, it was an easy choice to expand its support to community not-for-profits to help celebrate our 150th anniversary. Terre Haute, Ind. – ReTHink, an organization that educates, supports, and encourages the citizens and businesses of the Wabash Valley to reduce waste and live a healthier and more sustainable life, is pleased to receive a $1,000 donation from The Hometown Savings Bank (THSB).

The Hometown Savings Bank has been celebrating their 150th anniversary for the entire 2019 year, and to finish off the year is giving back to the community by donating to five nonprofits around the Wabash Valley.

The Helping Hands works with a variety of organizations to provide funds for the community. Most importantly, they are largely successful due to donations from community members. You can drop off donations Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 3:30 pm.
