Effective Monday, August 19, 2024, the eBranch Customer Engagement Center will adjust its operating hours. We will be providing customer support from 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (ET), Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (ET) on Fridays. We will continue to support our customers on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (ET). The purpose of this change is to provide more customer support staff in our eBranch Customer Engagement Center at the times when our phones are busiest, and our customers need us most. We greatly appreciate each customer and the relationships we have with you. We look forward to continuing to provide the personal service that you have become accustomed to.
